Leigh currently combines her work at B5 Consultancy alongside her role as Head of Player Care for WSL side Crystal Palace.

Leigh had a fantastic career previously playing for Celtic, Arsenal, Reading, London Bees, Millwall Lionesses, Charlton and Crystal Palace prior to her retirement, through injury.

She has always had a passion for helping others in off-pitch matters, developing the person and giving them the tools that should allow them to focus on their careers without the worry of the media or other negative distractions.

Leigh has bravely used her personal experiences to speak up about many issues including revenge porn and trolling. She has dedicated the past few years to speaking up and helping raise awareness around social media safety to help educate and protect as many people as possible.

Leigh has also featured on The Integral Chat, The Footballers Mindset and, of course, hosting the Football Journeys podcast. Leigh became a guest on the Football Journeys podcast and discussed her life through football and beyond with Matt and Fraser.
