At our company planning day we wanted to include some fun. It is an important part of our ethos: Play is a basic human need, it’s an innate behavior that’s present in all mammals. Some of us have just drifted away from that due to modern life. If we can adopt an aspect of play we can reduce stress, connect with people, problem solve, be creative, flow, laugh and all sorts of wonderful things will be happening behind the scenes in our bodies. Remember to have fun.
To make sure it fit perfectly with the work we do we decided that the fun should involve attempting a sport we're involved in. Fraser particularly has loved working with our friends in cricket at the Professional Cricketers Association and he and Leigh have done some great work in Ireland with the Irish Cricketers Association too. So a game of IB Cricket using a Meta Headset was the obvious choice!
