Since B5 Consultancy launched in June 2020 we have worked with so many inspirational and brilliant people from Shaun Whiter to Brian McDermott to David Clarke OBE and many more but only Leigh Nicol has joined our management team (in 2021). Today that changes, as we announce a big signing ... Celia Quansah.
Celia is a professional rugby player, having represented both England and Team GB at sevens rugby (including at the Tokyo Olympics), and she will combine her work with us with her continuing playing career with Leicester Tigers. She becomes the first member of our client the Rugby Players Association to work for us.
We're delighted to support Celia in her transition from playing (though she will very much be part of the Tigers squad for the foreseeable future) but, more than that, we're excited and humbled to have her join us as an employee. Celia has already hit the ground running supporting pre-season projects and reports for a number of Premier League football clubs and she's had some key successes in identifying perpetrators of online hatred as part of our work for clients. As she has on the pitch - she's hit the ground running!
